Socialism

The next president of the US should not be a socialist. However, there is one candidate who is avidly advocating socialism as a way of life for America. Government health care and "spreading the wealth" are two planks in the socialist platform. Get a clue America!!

Windfall Profit Tax

I hear these idiot democrat are talking about giving the citizens of the US another rebate based on a windfall profits tax placed on oil companies. Can these idiots be so dumb and stupid? Companies don't pay taxes. They pass those onto their customers. And think about this. Pressed to the point of being a nuisance, I won't blame the oil companies if they move their headquarters offshore to Dubai or some other semi-friendly country that has no income taxes. Democrats are blatant numbskulls with no knowledge of how business or economics works.

Democrats

The Democrats will not own up to the responsibility of creating this mess in the housing/banking sector. They created "Affirmative Action" for people to get home loans regardless of their ability to pay the loans back or credit history. Now the plan has fallen apart and weak Republicans went along with the plan. So, now President Bush and the Republican Party has to bear the burden of the miscues of Barney Frank and other Democrats. So sad.

Gasoline Prices

Why is it most Democrats don't get it. They deny the workings of basic economics. If you have an increase in supply or a particular commodity, the price of that particular commodity goes down. Their argument is weak at best. I hope most Americans can see that the Dems are beholding to the "greenies" who worship the planet at the expense of humanity.

Russia vs Georgia

Why aren't these peaceniks volunteering to go to Georgia and offer themselves up as human shields like the did for Saddam? As you know, the Russians have killed several thousand civilians. I have not heard a word out of the peace movement. They only become active when we (US Military) are involved in a conflict .
